Encourage the development of certification and oversight activities within a regional multinational cooperation environment.

Foster the standardization and reduction of costs in the certification and oversight processes, for both SRVSOP Member States and users, by avoiding duplicity of efforts in the NAM/CAR/SAM Regions.
